Nayanta University is a new private university in Pune, India. It was established through the Maharashtra Private Universities Act, 2023. Industrial leaders are funding this new institution, which seeks to provide a unique, fully residential four-year undergraduate program in arts and sciences featuring an interdisciplinary curriculum. Nayanta offers a 16-month foundation program and permits double majors, along with a flexible curriculum. Nayanta also collaborates with the Confederation of Indian Industry, allowing students to access internships, mentorships, and even a need-blind admission policy. The university's 100-acre campus aims to develop innovative, critical, and leadership skills in students to make them ethical and future-ready professionals.
